We hope you are doing well. We had a great General meeting on August 8th. Thank you so much to all for your participation! As we are getting ready for our annual elections, we are reaching out to send out nomination forms for the board and answer any questions you may have.
We have attached the nomination form with some important dates. Please read carefully. For those eligible to run, you can also nominate yourself. Just fill out the form and drop it at 508 N Paca St., or return it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Nomination for the elected positions will close on September 5th, at 5pm.
Let us know if you prefer the form to be dropped off in your mailbox, we can gladly provide a printed copy.
