Voting in the 2026 general election

Maryland’s general election is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Here’s every relevant date:

  • Register or update your registration by October 13, 2026 to be added to the rolls in advance. Missed it? Maryland allows same-day registration at early voting centers and on Election Day itself, so it’s still not too late.
  • Vote early from October 22 through October 29, 2026, 7am to 8pm every day including the weekend, at any early voting center in Baltimore City, not just the one closest to Seton Hill.
  • Request a mail-in ballot at least 14 days before the election if you’d rather vote from home. Return it by 8pm on November 3, either postmarked by then or dropped in an official ballot drop box.
  • Vote on Election Day, November 3, 2026, 7am to 8pm. Look up your polling place, since it varies block to block within the neighborhood and isn’t always the same site as last time.

Not sure if you’re registered, or need to update your address after a move within Seton Hill? Check your voter registration status directly with the state.
