The Parking Committee, headed by Dawnn McCleary, was formed to study the different Residential Parking Permit options. Over the past year, they have studied the traffic and parking patterns, and, along with the Seton Hill Board, have come up with the following two proposed changes to the Residential parking Permit.
If Seton Hill residents would like to make these changes, then 60 percent of the residents must agree to these changes. This will be discussed at the next Seton Hill Association meeting, which is 9 June 2015 at St. Mary’s Park building. The Q&A period for parking will be from 6-7pm.

Below are the recommended options. Both have been approved by the Board. They are as follows:
- RPP Option A: This parking option does not allow for any grace period. It operates Monday – Sunday, 24 hours a day. This option is the most restrictive and requires a Residential Parking Permit at all times. Non permits holders are not permitted to park at all.
- RPP Option B: This option was suggested by the Parking Authority and allows for a one hour grace period (usually for for unloading groceries, allowing guests time to get visitor permit from resident, or general wiggle room for guests making quick visits, etc).
