Seton Hill Flea Market

The Seton Hill Association and the Friends of St. Mary’s Park are thrilled to once again be holding the Seton Hill Flea Market! This year’s market will be Saturday, September 27 from 9am-2pm in St. Mary’s Park.

How do I sign up to vend?

To sign up to vend, fill out this form and pay the vendor fee. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, September 24 at 5pm.

What does it cost to vend?

Spaces are $5 for Seton Hill Association members and $10 for non-members, businesses, and artisans/makers. You can pay online with PayPal or Square, or you can send us a check. Please make checks out to “Seton Hill Association – fleamarket” and mail it to 600 N. Paca St., Baltimore, MD, 21201. 

Proceeds go toward supporting the Seton Hill Association.

What do I get as a vendor?

  • Vendors receive a 10’ x 10’ space (tent and table not provided).
  • Spaces will be pre-assigned and marked in the park for when you arrive on the flea market day.

Day-of logistics for vendors:

  • Please bring a screenshot of your vendor fee payment to receive your space number.
  • Spaces open at 7:30am for set up. Vending areas should be set up for sales to start at 9:00am.
  • No private vehicles are allowed in the park. Vendors will need to walk and wheel goods in. We will have carts available to help with loading/unloading. Please let us know in advance if you need special accommodation. Curb access is across from 546 Saint Mary Street. 
  • Check in will be at the Seton Hill Association table near the Saint Mary Street entrance to the park (across from 546 Saint Mary Street)

By signing up to vend, you agree to the below rules:

  • The flea market and Bazaar will be Saturday, September 27th rain or shine. There is no rain date.
  • You won’t drive your vehicle(s) in the park.
  • Please take any trash and unsold items away with you (we will provide trash bags). Help us keep the park beautiful!
