Join us at the 2019 Seton Hill Flea Market & Bazaar, on Saturday, September 21st, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.!

In the heart of Seton Hill, St. Mary’s Park is the largest open green space in midtown Baltimore. On Saturday, September 21st, residents of Seton Hill and surrounding neighborhoods are invited to St. Mary’s Park for the 2019 Seton Hill Flea Market & Bazaar!

All funds raised and donated during the event will support future programming in St. Mary’s Park.

Volunteers Needed!

The Seton Hill Association needs volunteers to greet invited guests and accompany them on the walking neighborhood tour. If you’re passionate about how much you love Seton Hill then we need you on this Sunday from 2pm to 4:30pm. Seton Hill t-shirts will be available for the 1st five people that RSVP by sending an email to president@setonhill.org.

All Seton Hill residents are welcome to attend & mingle with guests-possibly sharing what you enjoy about the neighborhood. There will be information available on historic tax credits and professionals to assist you in purchasing a home too. This premiere event will begin at the St. Mary’s Spiritual Center (500 N. Paca Street) on 5/7 Sunday at 2:30 pm.

Seton Hill General Meeting: 11 April

Next Tuesday, 11 April, is the Seton Hill General Meeting
7pm at St Mary’s Spiritual Center (600 N Paca St):
Topics for discussion:

  • Baltimore City Police Department (Captain James Rhoden) will update the membership on SH crime statistics plus requesting members to buy tickets to the fundraiser for Baltimore City youth participating in the Explorer Club.  The event is the 2017 Annual Baltimore Police Law Enforcement Explorer Night (sponsored by Buddies, Inc.) on Orioles game night, Wednesday, 6/21 against the Cleveland Indians.  Ticket prices are $33, 20, 17 & 15.  Folks can contact Officer Lee at Central District at 443.938.2798 (please mention Seton Hill).
  • Guest speaker, Maryland Historical Society – Learn Society’s history, what they have to explore in the library and museum.  They’ll offer discounted memberships to anyone attending the meeting and they’ll be bringing a nice coupon for the museum store to hand out.
  • As always they’re will be time for you to meet your neighbors, share your ideas/concerns, and sign up to volunteer with the Seton Hill Association, Inc.

Earth Day/Love Your Park Celebration: 22 April

Saturday, 22 April 2017 Earth Day/Love Your Park double event. Breakfast as a neighborhood (pay your own way) New America Café (429 N. Eutaw Street) at 10 am. Welcome New America Café to the neighborhood. Following breakfast volunteer to help mulch and plant flowers at 11:30 to 1pm in the St. Mary’s Park. We’ll meet up at the fountain in the north end of St. Mary’s Park. Tell us you’ll be there by sending an email to president@setonhill.org.

Buy in Seton Hill!

Brag about why you love Seton Hill! We have invited realtors on a tour to see our neighborhood, sell our vacant homes, and we’ll take them on a complimentary tour on 7 May. Interested? You must RSVP to president@setonhill.org by 6 May at 12N. Tour will include the St. Mary’s site, park fountain area, 2 historic houses, Neighborhood Fiber Co (old firehouse) and end at Howard’s Dog Park. This event is in partnership with Midtown Development Corp. and Maison Realty.
