Yoga is canceled this evening due to the heat. Please stay cool and take care of yourselves!
Yoga in the Park – Second Edition!
Yoga instructor and Seton Hill resident Nicole Espaillat will be teaching another free outdoor yoga class Monday July 13th in St. Mary’s Park at 6:00 pm!
This past week was a huge success with so many beginner and experienced participants coming out before the rain.
Just bring a mat, towel and water. Great for all levels and street parking is easy. We will be in a shaded area but there will be sunscreen just in case. Text Nicole at 305.775.8110 if you have any questions.
