Yoga In the Park – 2020 Summary and Update

Earlier this year, Seton Hill Resident and yoga instructor Nicole Espaillat wanted to think of ways to help activate St. Mary’s Park amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. In June, she began to lead free outdoor yoga sessions in St. Mary’s Park!

Now the outdoor yoga season has come to an end, but you can still find Nicole teaching classes throughout Baltimore. Per Nicole:

“People can find me at Corepower Yoga (for awesome heated, athletic flows) and Aluma Yoga in Mount Washington and Mainspring Yoga Online Sundays 🙂 and they can follow my antics on Instagram @nicolemespaillat”

All who have attended these sessions know that they have been spectacular, and we of the Seton Hill Association sincerely thank Nicole for her volunteering her time and efforts this summer and fall!
