Renew Your Residential Parking Permit Before 1 October

Seton Hill’s residential parking permits expire September 30, and they don’t roll over automatically. Even if you renewed last year, you’ll need to do it again before October 1 to keep parking in Residential Parking Area 10.

Permits are $20 per vehicle per year, up to 4 per address, and each one needs a current Maryland vehicle registration, which gets rechecked at renewal.

Two ways to renew:

  • Online: pabc.myparkinginfo.com
  • In person: 211 N. Paca Street (the former Lexington Market building), Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm

Not sure what you’ll need?

See our full residents guide below for links to the interactive area map and document checklist, or reach the Parking Authority directly at rpp@bcparking.com.

Don’t wait until the last week of September, renew now so you’re covered starting October 1st!
