New Seton Hill Masterplan
The preliminary Draft of the new Seton Hill Area Master Plan
was reviewed with the community and representatives of various City agencies at the last General Meeting. The preliminary
plan is based on previous SNAP Plan proposals made since 2004 and the work of the SHA committees for the new Master Plan.

Saint Mary's Park Masterplan
The SHA has created a new masterplan for the park area with the help of the Neighborhood Design Center
and their professional urban design and architectural volunteers. Watch for updates on this web site and in the monthly Seton
Hill newsletter to find out about upcoming meetings, opportunities for community input and volunteer opportunities to
help implement "our" neigborhood plan.
BGE Substation Plan
As many of you know BGE has received permission to construct an electrical substation
on their property in our area. After a 2 year battle the SHA was able to achieve an improved design versus the originally
proposed plans.
Howards Park
The SHA worked closely with the Neighborhood Design Center in creating a redevelopment plan for the area around the Center
Street Light Rail Stop, in keeping with the City's stated goal of encouraging Transportation Oriented Development. Planning
was completed and we are waiting for funding by the City to implement the plan.
