SHA General Meeting
Agenda (meeting will start promptly because of full agenda):
1) Department of Transportation representatives will comment on the Traffic Study implementation
options and funding options.
2) The developer of the former Mayfair Theater, Accent Development, will present this
and other development plans which could have a positive impact on the neighborhood, including plans for a new Baltimore Arena
in the area at the Lexington Market West garage site.

Beginning on Tuesday, January 8th, Seton Hill will
begin the new Single Stream Recycling system. Trash and ALL RECYCLING will be collected every Tuesday and Friday evening.
Trash should be placed in one receptacle and ALL recycing goes into one container (paper, cans, glass bottles, plastic
bottles) next to your trash container. You do not need to buy a new container, any container or cardboard box marked
"RECYCLE" is acceptable.
Please remember your trash and recycling should
be placed outside AFTER 6 p.m. on trash day. Fines range from $25 to $500 for violations including having high grass and weeds,
putting trash out on the wrong day, putting trash out without trashcans, and littering. More information is available
